This Spiritual Dua entwined with Surah al-Fatiha by Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani Qaddas Allahu Sirru.

This is part of 11 Big Manzil Wird Tariqah Qadiri Dasatgir Composed by Sajad Ali.
The Benefits are: The worshipper must persist in this, for he will then discover the marvelous wonder of its benefits, Allah being the (guide-Hadi).
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the all Compassionate (1:1)
Praise be to Allah, Lord of All the worlds.
Praise be to the Illuminator of eyes of the insight of those who learn
by direct experience, with the light of intimate knowledge and certainty.
Praise be to the One who draws the reins of the inner most being of those
who are devoted to reality, with the attraction of nearness and empowerment.
Praise be to the Opener of the locks of the heart of those who affirm
The divine oneness with opening affirmation of unity and the clear victory.
Praise be to; the One who made all things good which He created,
and began the creation of man from clay,
then made his seed from a draught of despised fluid. (32:7-8)
Praise be to; the all Merciful, the all Compassionate, (1:2)
The almighty, The All wise, the All High, the Sublime,
The first, The eternally pre existent,
The One who spoke to Moses, the Interlocutor,
with the address of honor,
and ennobled His venerable Prophet with the noble text, (saying):
"We have given you seven of the oft-repeated (verses) and the Mighty Quran" (Surah Hijr 15:87)
*note: this is a reference to Surah al-Fatiha the 7 oft-repeated verses*
Praise be to; *the master of the Day of Reckoning, (1:3)
the Conqueror of the tyrants and the rebellious mutineers,
Such is Allah, your Lord, so Blessed be Allah, (40 :64)
The Fairest of Creators! (23:14)
O He who has no partner and assistant,
You alone do we worship, and of You alone do we seek help, (1:4)
while acknowledging our inability to perform what is due to you at every moment and time.
O He who waters the barren wind!
O He who restores the bones to life, when they are decayed!
Guide us in the straight path, (1:5)
the path of people of sincere devotion and submission,
the path of those whom You have blessed, (1:6)
the path of those who delight in right guidance
and rejoice in what they have at their disposal,
not of those who earn Your wrath,
grant us from you, O Allah, the talents of the champions of Truth,
and let us witness the shrines of the martyrs,
and do not include us amongst those who stray or lead astray,
and do not gather us in the company of the evil doers,
nor of those who go astray. (1:7)
Amin.
O Allah for the sake of this Opening Surah, open up for us a victory that will happen soon.
O Allah, for the sake of this healing remedy, heal us, of every plague and malady-(sickness) in this world and the Hereafter.
O Allah, for the sake of this protective shield, protect us from that which causes us anxiety, in the affairs of this world and the Hereafter.
Ensure that my relationships, and the relationships of all Your truly believing servants, are conducted In accordance with the most honorable of Your customs,
and intercede for us by Yourself with Yourself in this world and the Hereafter, since there is none more merciful with us, and with them, than You, O Most Merciful of merciful.
May Allah bless our master Muhammad, his family and his companions and may He grant them abundant peace until the day of resurrection.
And praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.
