Allahumma Salli 'alaa Sayyidina Muhammadin wa 'alaa aalihi wa ashaabihi wa 'alaa waarisi kamaalihi Ghawthinaa Ghawthil-A'zami Abi Muhammad Muhyid-deen Sayyidina Abdil-Qadiril-Jilani Shay'aan lillaahi

Meaning: O Allah send blessings upon Our Master Muhammad and upon his family and upon his companions and upon his  Inheritor of perfection Our Helper, the Greatest Supporter-(Ghawth al-Azam) Abu Muhammad Muhiyiddeen-(The Reviver)  Our Master Shaykh Abdul Qadir of Jilan (For Allah’s sake Give us something).

Aghithnee Ya ilahi bi-hurmati Ya Hadhrat Sultan Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani mash-huru ismi  wa jaddi sahibul ‘ainil kamali Shay'aan lillahi bi-idhnillahi  (arabic - Faris)

Meaning: Help me O God for the sake of O Great Presence, the King Shaykh Abdul Qadir of Jilan, Abdul Qadir is my famous name, and my grandfather-(ﷺ) is the 'ayn-(Source) of Perfection.
